• For a plain Turkish coffee; 1 dessert spoon of coffee, 1 Turkish coffe cup water are enough.
• For a Turkish coffee with less sugar; 1 dessert spoon of coffee, half teaspoon sugar, 1 coffee cup water is enough.
• For a Turkish coffee with middle sugar; 1 dessert spoon of coffee, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 coffee cup water is enough.
